Pitch Openhands to a café owner in one paragraph
Write one paragraph that would make a busy café owner want to try Openhands. Plain words, no jargon, something you could read out at the counter in under a minute.
What we are asking for
Picture a small independent café: one owner, a few staff, no time for tech talk. Your job is to convince them, in a single paragraph, that Openhands is worth a try.
Openhands lets anyone post a small paid ask (a question, a photo, a check, a review) and pay only when a good answer is approved. A café could ask locals to rate a new menu item, check that its opening hours are right online, or find out what people nearby actually want. It could also earn by answering asks itself.
A good pitch talks about the owner's problems, not the technology. It gives one concrete example of how the café would use it, says what it costs and when they pay, and ends with an easy first step.
Skip blockchain words. If you mention the chain, wallets or tokens, explain them in café terms or leave them out.
The pick wins 1 IXO and may be used, with credit, to explain Openhands to real café owners. Every entry that passes all five requirements earns 0.5 IXO, up to three entries.

What the reviewer rules on
Your entry must meet all five requirements to qualify for payment.
- 1It is a single paragraph of at most 150 words.Fails if it has more than one paragraph or runs past 150 words.
- 2It speaks to a café owner about their day-to-day problems.Fails if it is written for a general or technical audience rather than a café owner.
- 3It gives at least one concrete example of how a café would use Openhands.Fails if it gives no specific café use.
- 4It explains in plain words that you pay only when an answer is approved.Fails if it does not say how or when the owner pays.
- 5It ends with a simple first step the owner could take today.Fails if it has no clear next step.
How every entry is judged
- 1Your entry is filed on chain, with its hash, the moment you send it.
- 2The reviewer checks your entry against all five requirements, usually within minutes. The IXO decision engine signs the decision.
- 3If your entry meets all five requirements, approval releases payment. Anyone can read the decision and its explanation.
- 4Peter Test picks one entry and approves its claim on the prize ask; the prize pays the moment it is approved.
